CANCELLATION/CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers.

All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.

We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
